My Healing
Journey
There was a season of my life marked by exhaustion, fatigue, liver struggles, vertigo, and hearing loss. I felt disconnected from my body and tangled in self-limiting beliefs.
Motherhood cracked me open. It nudged me toward deeper healing, energy work, and creative self-expression. I explored Medical Medium teachings, emotion code, astrology, and coaching — all guiding me back to my own power and self-love.
Along the way, I was inspired by the beautiful work of Mandy Morris and Oliver Nino of Authentic Living, where I earned my certifications and had the privilege of moving from student to mentor. I was also deeply guided by Niki Woods, whose heart-centered mentoring showed me the feeling of truly holding space, among many other blessings that fully gave me the courage to step into my wholeness by honoring the feeling.

I’m passionate about creating art that uplifts and inspires, reminding us of joy, beauty, and the wild magic within ourselves.
I love helping women nourish their souls, reconnect with their creativity, and cultivate self-kindness and joy.
I’m a lifelong creative, inspired by mentors such as Kelly Rae Roberts, Bonnie Christine, and Stacie Bloomfield, whose work affirmed my creative voice and encouraged me to step more fully into what was already calling.
At my core, I believe creativity is medicine, self-love is revolutionary, and joy is contagious when shared. My work leaves trails of possibility, petals of encouragement, and ripples of love wherever I go.
Creativity + Healing: My Forever Thread
For twenty years, I stood behind the chair as a hairstylist. People thought I was working with hair, but really—I was working with hearts.
I listened.
I held space.
I witnessed truth-telling and transformation but also the blooming mind of stories, defining a truth that was not theres.
Now, through creative coaching, doodle-based workshops, energy healing, and women’s retreats, I continue that work.
Same message. New medium.
I follow the wisdom of the hands — because our hands are the pathway to the heart, our creativity, and our healing.
