My Blooming mind
Hello Beautiful Soul –
I am sitting here this morning, cleaning my space as in physically and mentally, a tune in, witnessing my reflection always. This beautiful dance of my heart, my intuition, my creative flow and my always blooming mind. She is a seeker and has helped me hold space for the swirling swirl that is always present.
I used to for years, would want her to go away because her current was just not nice, it was ugly, mean, desperate, overwhelmed, sad and wounded. The more that I would stuff her away the more she came out in anger, shame and guilt I could feel her pulse within......but on the outside I didn't want it to show, on the inside I was calling out, someone please save me. Take this burden away from me and the burden I felt I was to others......
And of all things, listening to Zack Bryan, the words of the song felt as if it was speaking to my soul. Have you ever noticed that, the word or words just come out and grab you. Like a divine message just sent to you. Music moves my soul and helps me clear, always has. My Mama was right: “It is a sign of a good song when you get goosebumps.” That’s no joke—divine wisdom, right there. Thank you, Mama!
Have you found the "thing or things" that clears your bloom. That lifts you spirit right up to the heavens, makes you smile, gives you the feeling of lightness and the heavy just drips away? What is it? Please do share I would love to know....
So many of you know that I clear and find deep understanding of myself by getting the creative flow a flowing. How? By getting messy and putting my hands to work. This helps me unravel my swirling mind, helps my heart open. It also gives my mind a new invitation and is it ever freeing.

This is a super power that has always been a part of me and all along I thought it was a curse. I think if you were to diagnose it or name it, I believe it would be called skidders dis-ease
Skidder’s Dis-ease: A wildly contagious condition of the soul, where ideas spark faster than you can catch them. Symptoms include skidding joyfully from project to project, pockets full of half-scribbled notes, and an unshakable urge to turn inspiration into something real. The only known remedy? Create.
When my world gets swirling, I create. I doodle, paint, arrange flowers, write, bake, crochet… It helps me return to love, grace, understanding, and curiosity. Creating gives me permission to see myself in a new light. I get clear on which seeds to water, which blooms to nurture, and which weeds to pull—those thoughts that take up headspace unnecessarily.
Think of it like a wild garden. There are blooms bursting with beauty, and yes — a few “weeds” to pull now and then. Don’t get me wrong, some of those so-called weeds are the most potent healers you’ll ever meet. But for the mind, it’s an easy image to grab: tending to your creative garden so the wild ideas have room to grow.
SO I am being brave and sharing my wild ideas that are blooming, so many exciting things.
I’m delighted to share:
What’s blooming…
Pebble n' Bloom — a tiny online shop filled with my creative wonderings — is coming soon.
I’m also working on my very first course, a creative reflection of the soul.
More creative vibes are flowing into my podcast (and I’m dreaming up a new name that truly holds her essence).
I’m making space to share my musings and meanderings with you through Pebbles + Petals, my blog.
And, of course, I’m soaking in these last golden days of summer as we gently shift into the colors and coziness of fall with my beautiful family.
Mother Nature sweeps her house with flame, yet still she leaves us sunsets that take our breath away. My heart holds the forest close — every wing, paw, and root — and holds you close, too, enveloping you in love.
Thank you for taking the time to listen, to pause and be with me today. I loved our time together and look forward to the next.
Continue seeking you and unfurling your truth. I see your beauty and I think you're more vibrant then you let yourself see or even feel. Let’s continue exploring that together.
A Thought to Reflect On:
What is blooming in my Creative Garden?
Take a gentle wander through it — notice the blooms that bring joy and the weeds that tug for attention. See what your seeking mind whispers to you… and remember, not every thought that surfaces is true. You get to decide what is true for your bloom.
I love you, your beautiful Bloom,
